Birth:  He was born June 19, 1919 in Rogers Township to Gustav and Augusta (Doebler) Quade

Affiliations: Adolph married Hazel Hardies-Schlak on December 19, 1970 at St. John Lutheran Church, where he was a member. Mr. Quade retired from the Calcite Plant in 1983 after 30 years of employment.

Survived by: He is survived by his step-son, John (Gloria) Schlak of Cheboygan; step-grandchildren, Julie (Jason) Trahan of Plainwell and Calvin (Lindsay) Schlak of Cheboygan; step-great grandchildren, Josie, Reece, and Callie Trahan and Madalyn Schlak.

Adolph was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel on March 31, 2004, brothers, Herman, Alfred, Rudolph, Edwin, and Herbert; sisters, Frieda Wasilk, Eleanore Winfield, and Louise Fleming.

Visitation & Service: Friends may visit at the Beck Funeral Home on Sunday from 2:00 until 5:00 p.m. Visitation will resume at St. John Lutheran Church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. through time of funeral at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Barton Gray officiating.

Interment: Burial will take place at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorials:In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. John Lutheran Church in memory of Adolph Quade.
