Alpena police arrest naked man

City of Alpena Police arrested a man Thursday, who was walking outside completely naked.
The 56 year-old was found at an address on South 5th Avenue.
During the investigation officers discovered the man is a registered sex offender.
He was arrested for indecent exposure and jailed.
