Deputies from the Presque Isle County Sheriff Department found a 10 year-old boy yesterday afternoon that was reported lost earlier in the day during a hiking trip north of Black Lake.

The boy, from Delaware, Ohio, was hiking on a Black Mountain trail when he became separated from his group and reported missing to Presque Isle County 911 operators.

Deputies, along with their K-9 dog Trigger, found the boy running down the trail about two miles from his last known whereabouts.

The Onaway Ambulance Service reunited him with his grandparents after treatment for dehydration.
