SUPER DUPER TATER SKINS  

 

4 baked potatoes

4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

2 tsp. garlic salt

8 butter pats

2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Cut baked potatoes in half. Using a tablespoon, scoop out a bit of the potato inside. Put in a pat of butter. Then add in the garlic salt, Parmesan cheese. If there’s any room, put the potato insides you took out, back in and top with Mozzarella. Place under broiler until cheese melts.
