SAILOR STEW  

 

1 1/2 lb. ground beef

1 lg. can tomatoes

1 can tomato juice

5 med. raw potatoes, sliced

1 med. onion, diced

Chili powder

Lots off black pepper

Brown the ground beef and drain off the fat. When cooked, put all ingredients into a large pot and cook until the potatoes are done. For a thicker stew, add in a few potato flakes. Carefully, the flakes thicken your food fast.
